Quote to live by (2025)

In 2020 I answered a series of Journal Questions and one of the first was “A Quote to Live By“. Instead of choosing a quote, I decided to go with a song that I felt was a fit for my philosophy for the year. I found that I listened to the song a lot and it really motivated and inspired me. As it worked so well, I did it again in 2021.

I seem to have missed posting a song in 2022 (not sure how, was sure I had, but I can’t find it, lol). 2023 was not a year to remember as I stumbled through it, so instead I decided to pick a song to end the year. Then in 2024 the song probably took on a different meaning to the one I intended – it was another year to forget.

This time around it was really easy to pick my song (for 2025). As I say every year, listen to the music video, but make sure you read the words. What do you think of them as a quote to live by?
