Time to retreat

Last year I talked about a cruise retreat I had planned for this year (the reason I can’t A to Z) – read about it here.

This weekend I leave! I can’t believe it is finally here. We booked the cruise in September 2018… That’s a whole lot of waiting.

I have my goals for the retreat totally squared away now. I have plans to write as much of a new manuscript as I possibly can. I’d like to get the query letter and synopsis written in the next few days so they are done before I leave.

The word count I am aiming for with this manuscript is about 72,000 words. That would mean writing about 8,000 words a day. Probably a bit of a stretch, but as this is the first time I will have so much writing time, who knows? Anything is possible.

Internet will be sporadic, so I will read and comment when I can, but please accept my apologies for any delays.

I hope you all have a wonderful 3 weeks.
