How I see the world

In 2020 Iโ€™m answering a list of 52 journal questions. Read about it here.

How do you see the world?
I am definitely a positive, glass half full, person.

I try and find something everyday, no matter how bad the day, that makes me smile. I try and take delight in the world, especially the little things. I’ve never let my inner child grow up – I laugh out loud during a movie, I sing in the supermarket aisle, I dance around the gym. After all, we only get one shot at this =)

The world is a wonderful place, if we just let ourselves see it.

I think we both know Iโ€™m the same type of person ๐Ÿ˜‚ bring on the supermarket singing!!!

  2. I’m with you, AJ! No matter what life throws at us, the only thing we have complete control over is our attitude. Might as well be a happy one.

    • Deb, “The most painful thing to experience is not defeat but regret” – one of my favourite sayings. Being happy will be one less regret.

  3. Me too. I’ve tried to be depressing and judgmental and it just isn’t me!

  4. That’s a great attitude! The world is indeed a wonderful place, made better by silliness and good humor!

  5. Nice Gilmore Girls gif.

  6. A very positive attitude! I donโ€™t sing in the supermarket, Iโ€™m afraid, but I like to smile at strangers or get chatting on public transport.
