The Tibetan Sand Fox stare

Have you heard of the Tibetan Sand fox? As the name suggests you find them in Tibet, but also Nepal. Like all foxes it feasts on small mammals (rodents) and lizards. It’s common and ranges the grass plains and are considered of least concern.

But it isn’t so much the life of the fox I want to talk about, it’s the facial expression this fox pulls off. Check out the photos below…

The Dad on Twitter: "The Tibetan sand fox always has the same expression as my wife when I tell a dad joke… "

Even it’s resting face is brilliant. I can only hope that I have managed to perfect that look when I am talking to my Barbarians. Although if I had I suspect they would be jumping to attention a whole lot more, lol.

Have you perfected that look?

  1. It’s awfully human, innit? I see my next door neighbor in that face.

  2. My landlady’s dog gives me that look when I take her for a walk. The dog isn’t fond of walks, and lets her displeasure be known. But I’m bigger than her, so the walk happens.

  3. Haha, those are great! That first one looks like me in the morning!
