Bookends in Lego Ideas

Lego Ideas is a range of Lego and is Jeckle’s favourite. He’s had three kits so far – a ship in a bottle, fishing shack and a shipwrecked pirate ship.

Lego Ideas is a line of Lego that is designed by the public. Whether or not your Lego makes it to sale depends on votes of support form the public. I was looking at what is there the other day and saw Lego Bookends. I love them and decided I want that Lego kit (they have secret hidey holes which totally gets my mystery/cozy writing brain sparking) 🙂

In case any of you are also Lego fans and would like to support this kit (and me in being able to one day buy it), or just want to check it out…

Are you a Lego fan? Would you build the Lego Bookends?

  1. I used to love just making anything. Let the imagination go wild!!! Not too much one for kits but oh my goodness they look AWESOME!!!

    • I know, right! I haven’t built lego since the kids were younger and needed help. I’ve never had one of my own, but I want this one. Just hoping it gets enough votes to get the tick for development.

    • Oh, meant to say, they look even better on the shelf with books between them (they are big enough and designed to be practically used).

  2. How clever. Store that away for my students.

  3. Those are cool. I’m not much into Lego, but it is my wheelhouse, so I would enjoy it if I chose to make time for it.

    • Time is exactly the thing, Liz. I would enjoy building Lego, but I usually have other things I prefer to do craft wise, but I would make time for this one!

    • IF they get enough votes for it to go into production, I will definitely buy it and post pictures!

  5. I do love Legos, and those are so cool! I didn’t know about Lego Ideas. But I’ve seen plenty of Star Wars sets, haha!

    • We stumbled across Lego Ideas – before that the Barbarians had been into Lego Technic (and Lego city when they were younger).
