How’s your week?

I have been busy, busy, busy this week (it’s Thursday night as I write this). I had some blog posts planned but have not had time to sit and write them. How’s your week been?

  1. That’s what’s nice about blogging–it will wait. I do a week’s worth on Saturdays (because my kids are grown).

    • The day I sued to do my week’s worth of blogging is now busy and I haven’t managed to find a spot to replace it. I really feel like I spend my time chasing my tail these days.

  2. Yup, things sometimes get busy. I’m at the lazy part of my summer vacation right now, so I’m the opposite of you. Enjoy the busy. The lull will come eventually.

Honestly, it’s sucked. And I left work on the verge of tears. Hoping that a few days of rest away from stress and frustrations will help the emotions level out. Got take out, immediately changed into jammies and am spending the evening doing laundry and relaxing.

    • I’m sorry you’ve had a tough week, GF. I hope you were able to chill and that the weekend is huge fun.

Got home and had a little cry, barely slept, but Saturday went out with a friend, got some husband text sass, and slept SO WELL, that now I’m feeling better. It was just a long week.

  4. Reasonably busy. I worked myself to a frazzle a bunch of times during my life, I don’t want to anymore. It is that simple.

Starting my own business was a pain to so begin, but I have settled it down.

Now, if I could keep my yard a lawn during the rainy season, and stop the weeds from growing to eat my weekends I would be in the pool a lot more.

You’ll get there some day, I have faith in you.

    • Gosh I hope so, BF. At the moment I feel l am always two steps behind, lol. You just need to get a couple of sheep, then you won’t have to worry about the lawn. Although I don’t think you have many sheep in the US, do you? There are a few people in my neighbourhood with sheep lawnmowers (you get used to seeing them take them for walks, lol).
